SERVICE TERMS

Terms of service

Draft for review: These terms describe the current results.social service. The operator’s legal identity and any final pricing, consumer withdrawal, and subscription terms must be confirmed before publication.

1. About the service

results.social provides workout planning, guided fitness content, workout tracking, class scheduling and reservations, and optional community features through its website and mobile app. The service operator is identified in the Imprint.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Health and safety

Workouts and related information are for general fitness and educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consider your health and ability before exercising, use modifications where appropriate, stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath, and consult a qualified health professional where needed.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s data, or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You retain rights to content you create; you grant the operator only the permissions needed to host and display it according to your selected visibility settings.

5. Classes and community

Schedules and availability may change. A reservation is subject to the availability shown in the app. Community posts and profile details may be visible to others according to the privacy controls you select. Do not share information you do not want other users to see.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans, trial lengths, renewal prices, and cancellation terms will be shown in the relevant store or checkout before purchase. App subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. You can manage eligible subscriptions through the relevant store or the in-app Customer Center. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Availability and changes

We may update or temporarily suspend features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. We will take reasonable steps to give notice of material changes where required by law.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided with reasonable care and skill and may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside the operator’s control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for serious violations of these terms or where required to protect users, the service, or comply with law. Data deletion requests can be sent to privacy@results.social.

10. Governing law and contact

Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. The governing law and competent courts depend on the operator and your consumer status and will be completed with the operator details in the Imprint. Contact hello@results.social.
